Information Collected

- Requested visit date and time
- Preferred language and, if provided, how you heard about Dynamix
- Optional preparation questionnaire answers about your fitness goals and services of interest
- Cancellation reason, optional comments and preference for another visit
- Communication preferences, including your optional choice to receive Dynamix news and events
This information is collected when you:
- Submit a visit request on our website
- Complete the optional questionnaire to help prepare your visit
- Submit the visit cancellation form
- Choose to receive Dynamix news and events through the optional booking form checkbox
- Browse our website, which uses essential storage for its operation and your cookie preferences
- Accept optional analytics to share information about your interactions with the website through Microsoft Clarity
- Accept both analytics and advertising measurement to allow the existing Google tags and Meta Pixel to measure site use and campaign results

3. Sharing of Personal Information
Personal information is shared only with:
- Authorized employees of Dynamix, as required to provide services
- Just Simple Web, our marketing agency and website developer, for technical maintenance and site performance
- A specialized digital marketing agency, only if analytics or advertising tools are enabled and you consent to their use
- Microsoft, when you accept analytics, for website interaction analysis through Microsoft Clarity
- Google and Meta, when you accept both analytics and advertising, for optional browser measurement of site use and campaign results
Website Hosting and Form Services
Netlify hosts the website and its server services. When you submit a visit request, the information you enter is sent through the site's server to Wix, where Dynamix manages form submissions and bookings. These providers may process information outside Quebec.
Wix provides the form and booking backend. This service connection is separate from optional analytics in your browser; no Wix analytics or advertising script is enabled on this custom website.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for a maximum of 5 years after your last significant interaction (e.g., booking, newsletter activity). After this period, the data is:
- Securely deleted, or
- Anonymized for statistical purposes
Netlify also keeps limited technical receipts to recover requests and prevent duplicate submissions. These receipts do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers or questionnaire answers. Daily maintenance reduces dated receipts older than five years to an opaque duplicate-prevention record without visit dates or Wix references. Browser cookie choices expire after 180 days; optional visit-source context expires after 12 hours or when the tab closes.
5. Data Security
We apply the following security measures to protect your personal information:
- SSL Certificates: All communications between your browser and our website are encrypted
- Restricted Access: Only administrators with login credentials can access the website dashboard and database
- Access Control: Data is accessible only to trained and authorized staff
- Service Platforms: Website hosting is provided by Netlify, and Wix is used for forms and booking services
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website uses essential storage for visit requests and your cookie choices. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are separate and require your consent.
Essential Storage
The status and confirmation of your visit request are kept temporarily in the current browser tab, so the site can recover the request and avoid duplicate submissions. This storage clears when the tab is closed. The dynamix_cookie_settings cookie remembers your cookie choices for 180 days. These essential functions remain available if you reject analytics.
Wix Forms and Bookings
Submitting a form sends the information you provide to Dynamix through the site's server and Wix services. Your analytics choice does not prevent you from requesting a visit. This form processing is not an analytics cookie category.
Microsoft Clarity — Optional Analytics
Microsoft Clarity is connected on this website and loads only if you accept analytics. It helps us understand navigation, clicks and scrolling through heatmaps and session replays, so we can improve the website. Clarity can store pseudonymous identifiers in cookies such as _clck and _clsk to connect page views and sessions.
With the relevant consent, Clarity and advertising tools can measure navigation across public pages, including booking, cancellation and visit-management pages. Form content and personal visit details are masked in Clarity. URLs containing personal identifiers are excluded from automatic measurement. The site does not add your contact details, questionnaire answers or a custom user identifier to its measurement events. Withdrawing active analytics consent reloads the page to stop collection. Visit Source — Optional Analytics
If you accept analytics, the site can retain campaign parameters (UTM and click identifiers) and the referring site's hostname in the current tab for up to 12 hours. This context can accompany your visit request so Dynamix can distinguish advertising, organic and direct traffic. No advertising pixel is loaded for this purpose. Refusing analytics records the source as unknown and keeps booking available. Withdrawing consent clears this optional context from your browser.
Cookie Preferences
CookieConsent, an open-source tool, manages these choices. On your first arrival, a banner lets you accept, reject or customize optional cookies. It appears again if no choice is stored, if that choice expires or if a new cookie purpose requires a fresh choice. You can change your choices or withdraw analytics or advertising consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies keeps the essential website and booking functions available. These choices are separate from the optional choice to receive Dynamix news and events in the visit form.
Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are connected on this public website. The existing Google container loads its configured Google tags, including Google Ads and any Google Analytics tags it contains; no separate Google Analytics tag has been added to this website. Meta Pixel measures page views, phone-link clicks and successful visit requests. The shared Google container and Meta Pixel load only when you accept both analytics and advertising. Cookies can include _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_*, _fbp and _fbc. Our measurement events do not include contact details, questionnaire answers or personal visit links. These providers may process information outside Quebec.
These are browser measurement connections. This website does not enable a Meta Conversions API connection; any existing server-side measurement in Wix is separate from these browser tags. Sending a form to Wix does not by itself confirm delivery of an advertising conversion.
Withdrawing a cookie category stops the related optional tools and clears the known cookies or browser storage that this site can access. The page may reload to stop a tool that was already running. Withdrawing analytics clears the optional visit-source context; withdrawing either analytics or advertising stops the shared Google container and Meta Pixel. This does not delete a visit request already submitted to Wix or automatically erase information already held by measurement providers. To request access, correction or deletion of that information, contact Dynamix using the details below.
