Our saltwater pool allows you to experience a different type of exercises using traditional strength, conditioning and recovery methods. Water training can help promote recovery while still increasing overall strength and endurance.

  • Spinning, but in the water. It’s that simple.

    Push your limits by taking part in a 60-minute Spin class. Ride to the beat of the music with exercises focused on building your glutes and toning your arms and legs. You will definitely get your sweat on.

  • Circuit training, but in the water. It’s that simple.

    Moving between stations every 2 minutes, this fast-paced Circuit Training class focuses on cardio and building strength. Enjoy a new type of small-group fitness class and tone your body.

  • Use wave resistance to challenge you as a swimmer, or hop on our treadmill and enjoy a running workout without the joint pain.
     

    Training for a Triathlon or an Ironman? Keep your training on track by swimming in our Endless Pool. Get your miles in by swimming against the remote-controlled jets. Improve your performance to achieve your PB on race day.

Andrea has over 8 years of teaching experience in swimming, diving and lifeguarding.

She loves the outdoors and enjoys playing volleyball, surfing and swimming. As a foodie, she likes trying different cuisine and loves exploring Montreal’s varied restaurant scene.
